Companionship care
Engaging a participant in social, physical, and mental activities and includes, but is not limited to, conversation, reading, games, hobbies, crafts, and accompanying the participant during social activities and outings.
Homemaking services
Performance of light housekeeping tasks provided in a person's home. Tasks include preparing meals, shopping for personal items, picking up mail, in addition to light housework.For the following areas: Bedroom, Kitchen, Living Area, bathroom, Laundry, Shopping and meal prepration.
Personal care
Assistance, either hands-on (actually performing a personal care task for a person) or cueing so that the person performs the task by him/herself, in the performance of Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) and/or Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
24-hour home care
We are provideing 24 hours services between full 24 hours and/ or day and night shifts.
Disability Care
Practical help with anything from everyday tasks like housework and bathing, assisting with complex needs, people living with disabilities.
Transportation
We Provide transportation services for consumers that have transportation authorized in their plans of care (POC). Direct care staff provide transportation with vaild and current driver's license and vehicls meet applicable local and state requirements for vehicle registration, insurance and capacity.
